Executive Summary
CMTC’s mission is to help keep the California manufacturing sector strong, growing and contributing to the strength of the state’s economy and, consequently, the nation as a whole. CMTC provides consulting services and topical information on industry conditions and challenges. To gather our information we conduct periodic surveys to take the pulse of the A&D industry and the manufacturing community.
In 2003 CMTC conducted its first survey of the Aerospace & Defense (A&D) industry in central and Southern California. As a follow-up to our 2003 survey, CMTC surveyed the A&D industry again to benchmark changes in key issues and trends.
