Established in August of 2012, the idea for Oso Pepper Company is born from the belief that a pepper sauce should convey more than just the sensation of, "my mouth is on fire." It should convey the taste of the fruit itself. After several years of making sauces for family, and friends from the peppers and garlic grown in our yard, Myra and I are now creating something tasty for the larger community.
