California Manufacturing Technology Consulting (CMTC) intends for www.cmtc.com to complement the additional services that CMTC provides.  This statement sets forth our on-line policies and practices pertaining to customer information, including our privacy policy for all pages related to the CMTC website and describes the procedures we follow to respect the privacy of all visitors to our website.  Please note that the CMTC website contains links to additional websites which are not governed by this privacy statement.  Also, CMTC may use third parties to host all or portions of and assist with maintaining the CMTC website.

Site Contents, Ownership and Use Restrictions

The information contained on the site or used in connection with its operation, including all text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and other materials belonging to CMTC that appear on the site or are used in connection therewith, are the property of CMTC.  The content on the site or connected or related to its use may be used only as a general reference guide.  Any other use, including the reproduction, modification, disassembly, compilation, reverse engineering, distribution, transmission, republication, display or performance of the content is prohibited.

Information Use

Personally identifiable information submitted via the CMTC website is used only for limited purposes.  For example, when you register to attend an event, request information on particular industry brochures, press releases, and other types of information, CMTC may request certain types of information in order to fulfill these requests.  You may at any time request to be removed from emails or other communications generated in response to your registration on the CMTC website. 

Our purposes also include:

• Fulfill a site user request, including emails, or other information;

• Respond to your comments or requests for information;

• Generate website analytics to help improve our site layout, content, product offerings and services;

• Match personal data collected here with data about you collected offline;

Disclosure of Information to Third Parties

Personally identifiable information may be provided to third party service providers for processing purposes or in connection with a third party service provider’s hosting or maintaining the CMTC website.  You represent that all information that you provide to CMTC and any other vendor (such as payment gateway) will be accurate, complete and current.  You agree to pay all charges incurred by users of your account and credit card or other payment mechanism at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. 

Changes to Our Privacy Policy

CMTC reserves the right to change this privacy statement at any time and for any reason.  Nothing contained herein creates or is intended to create a contract or agreement between the user and CMTC.
