The CMTC-ETP partnership is especially valuable for small and medium-sized manufacturers (SMMs), by providing turnkey access to high-quality training, along with ETP funding offsets through CMTC’s two distinct multi-employer contracts (MECs)...The standard ETP MEC allows CMTC to access core ETP funds to provide trainers, materials, and expertise in order to get SMMs up and running quickly.
