At Glenn R. Johnson Scale Models we specialize in building high quality architectural and engineering scale models of unique and diverse design.

In our 45 years of business, we have developed techniques that distinguish us from other model building companies. Our models are recognized for their crisp, clean, aesthetic, and detailed appearance. We have also been known for our ability to complete models on short deadlines.

Many of the Glenn R. Johnson model builders have over 15 years of experience in their craft. They are comprised of architects, engineers, fine artists, and wood craftsmen.

Products and Services

GRJ Scale Models is frequently commissioned to produce hand crafted custom tables and pedestals in various designs and styles using a variety of different materials for the individual needs of business clients. 

Manufacturing Processes

We use laser cutters for precision cuts, a 3d Lithography that prints in 3d from ABS plastic, and a CNC mill to create wax models. 

We have been in the model making business for 45 years and have seen the advent of many new technologies. As these technologies advance, they become pivotal to the model-making process. Of course, there's no substitute for having qualified model-makers on staff. We have over 13 professional model-makers here at GRJ.
