- At the forefront of technology, using research funded by the United States Navy, Gordon Brush has made carbonfiber brushes for use in microbial fuel cells (MFC"). An MFC is a device that converts chemical energy to electrical energy by the catalytic reaction of microorganisms. MFCs are used to generate electricity from renewable sources.
- Titanium parts need titanium brushes. Gordon Brush has also developed a unique line of titanium brushes. The use of titanium brushes in place of stainless steel brushes on titanium parts is critical to prevent galvanic corrosion. Galvanic
