Gruber Systems, Inc. (GSI) is the premier supplier of integrated solutions to the worldwide cast polymer and composites industry. The Company sells manufacturing equipment, molds and supplies to producers of cast polymer products whose finished goods are primarily in commercial and residential construction and renovation. Our clients are manufacturers of sanitary ware for the kitchen and bath market with a primary emphasis on the residential housing segment and a secondary emphasis on the remodeling, hospitality and commercial segments. In addition, our applied automation technology has significant opportunities throughout the composites industry. Our product line consists of the necessary machinery, equipment, molds and supplies utilized in our clients manufacturing process.

Products and Services

The Company produces a wide range of products and services for the cast polymer industry. At present there are more than 9, 000 parts and/or components in the Company's line, allowing for one stop shopping and customer convenience. The major product groups are molds (used to manufacture finish cast products in a variety of materials and processes), automated process control equipment to improve manufacturing productivity and profitability, and factory production line equipment needed by our customers.

Manufacturing Processes

Metal fabrication, engineering, process controls, and assembly operations are utilized to produce our machinery and equipment. Open molding process is deployed to manufacture the fiberglass along with CNC tool design and master tooling shop.
