Omicron Engineering is a modern development and fabrication center, specializing in mechanical applications for the aerospace, electronic, optical and medical industries. Established in 1970, Omicron Engineering has provided tight tolerance parts for critical applications to a variety of customers. The latest CNC equipment and specially trained machinists are the ingredients that make Omicron Engineering a precision machining expert.

Our contaminant-free cutting fluids and vapor-degreasing cleaning technology allow us to produce components for space and vacuum applications.

We ship globally with ITAR export certification.

Our glass-scale feedback milling machines offer thermal compensation and positional accuracy that was previously impossible. Tighter tolerance parts with smoother contouring are now commonly machined for our customers.

Using Esprit CAD/CAM software, we are able to accomodate full IGES, STP, DXF, DWG, ATS, and ACIS file formats.

All of Omicron Engineering's inspection and test equipment is maintained and calibrated in full compliance with MIL-STD-45662.ADD TEXT.
