PRe Plastics is proud to celebrate more than 30 years of innovation and excellence in the plastics industry. PRe Plastics was founded in 1986 as a plastics engineering consulting firm and injection molder with one machine and its first customer, and more than thirty years later we are still serving that same customer. Over the years, we have added multiple molding machines, worked with dozens of customers, and have molded millions of products.

PRe Plastics is known for its ability to tackle difficult design, mold making, and manufacturing challenges. From design and mold tooling, to parts manufacturing and custom assembly, PRe Plastics meets our customers' needs from concept to completed product, and we do so at a high level of quality with exceptional customer service.

Products and Services

ENGINEERING:  PRe Plastics is a valuable extension of your engineering team, providing expertise in product design, production materials, and design review.

TOOLING:  Our state-of-the-art toolroom provides a variety of CNC and EDM machining options for building aluminum and steel tools. Because we trust in the quality of our work and can provide onsite tooling maintenance and repair, we provide a lifetime guarantee on most of our molds.

INJECTION MOLDING:  PRe Plastics injection molds virtually all thermoplastic resins, thermoplastic elastomers (TPEs), and thermoplastic polyurethanes (TPUs). Our presses range in size from 50 tons to 610 tons, providing significant shot size capacity which can be used for a variety of part weights, shapes, and sizes.

ASSEMBLY:  Our temperature-controlled assembly area is equipped to perform an array of secondary operations designed to reduce cost and shorten lead times.
