Repsco was founded in 1971 in Denver, CO, and recently relocated to Modesto, CA in January 2017. Repsco is a veteran-owned small business of about 25 employees. Repsco's core business is using 100% recycled high density polyethylene (HDPE) plastic to make a shipping platform alternative to a wood pallet known as a slipsheet. As compared to pallets, slipsheets are less costly, allow for better cube utilization in trucks/ocean containers, reduce packaging weight to minimize shipping costs, maximize warehouse space, and are 100% recyclable at the end of their useful life. They are resistant to moisture and bacteria, reliable with heavy loads, and don't need to be heat treated or fumigated like that of an export pallet.
In 2014, Repsco was given the Colorado Governors Award for Excellence in Export. In our first year in California, Repsco was awarded small business, veteran-owned employer of the year for Stanislaus County.
Repsco was awarded a Federal HUD grant/loan administered by the State of CA & City of Riverbank for infrastructure and job growth.
