Belco Packaging Systems, Inc.

Belco Packaging Systems, Inc. began in 1959 as a custom machine shop and packaging machine builder for local Southern California businesses. As word of mouth spread and small customers grew, Belco was asked to build more complex semi-automatic Shrink Packaging and Blister Sealing Equipment. This led us to provide Medical Device Manufacturers with robust equipment which could make repeatable packages to pass Sterilization and ultimately attain their product's FDA approval. Belco makes a full line of standard machines which can be customized for each company's individual needs. Belco competes as an international supplier for Equipment and services and sells parts and maintenance for all equipment we build.

Products and Services

Belco manufactures a line of semi-automatic to fully automatic Shrink Packaging Machinery to service the Food, Pharmaceutical, Medical, Arts and Crafts, Club Store Packaging, Industrial Packaging and Big Box stores for protective and display type packaging. Belco also has a line of semi-automatic Medical Device Sealing equipment for pouches and trays to support the Medical Device Manufacturers in the sterile packaging of their product lines. Belco holds several patents for their techniques and machines as well as recently winning the PMMI 2019 Technology Excellence Award in the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Category for an all new Medical Tray Sealing machine.

Manufacturing Processes

Belco has several CNC milling machines and lathes for Machine Shop work, the ability to Tig and Wire Weld CRS steel and aluminum, equipment for Fabrication and Finishing work as well as Electro-mechanical assembly and QC work. We have a fully staffed Engineering Department for R&D work, provide for Legacy Equipment and support new machine builds.
