Our core competency is metals machining of highly complex parts. We are most valued because of our prototype services, including quick reaction times to design changes, ability to provide DFM feedback to your engineers, typically within hours of receiving a model.

Our approach is different than most manufacturers, as we use highly complex production machines to make prototypes, thus making a seamless transition to larger volumes. Because our entire staff understands how important time to market is, we strive to work with your NPI team to turn around product quickly.

We have 12 Willemin Macodel 408 machines – these machines will drop off a highly complex part, finished complete in one operation.

Other support equipment includes, Swiss type turning (Citizen L20’s), Wire EDM’s (Sodick), Matsuura multi-axis trunnion-type machining Cell (LF-160), along with in-house Electropolish and Passivation.

Part size can range from 0.5 mm cube to a part fitting into a Ø 1.25” x 2.0” long bar stock.
