Manufacturing Processes

Whether your design is for large, small, or miniature parts, Calpex Plastics can do the job. We can handle orders ranging from a few items to millions of feet of tubing, rod, profiles and spiral wrap. Lead times are quoted on a per-project basis. General lead time is 4-6 weeks. Blanket orders are also available. Orders can be submitted as IronCAD (ICD, ICS), JPG/ JPEG, PDF, and SolidWorks (SLDPRT, SLDDRW, SLDDRT) files.

The maximum extrusion profile width we can handle is 4 inches. Our extrusions can be conductive, curved, dual durometer, flame retardant, flexible, food grade, frosted, high-temperature, thin gauge, or T-slotted.
