Our facility is located on the outskirts of Los Angeles's fashion district and maintains a friendly, creative and convenient ambiance that welcomes any company. In our large showroom you can see garments from recent productions and just some of the possibilities that we have to offer.

Products and Services

The Pacific Blue Dye House has been offering garment solutions for the American fashion industry since 2003. Pacific Blue Dye House specializes in many unique garment dye processes, tie dye, screen printing, grinding, rhinestone, stud embellishment, heat transfer techniques and numerous types of fabrics.

Manufacturing Processes

All of our dyes incorporate unique natural ingredients. Be it silk, cotton, rayon, nylon, sweater material, or any other options, we test out our different dyes to see how each color reacts on different textiles.

We have an in-house Graphic Designer so we are able to create designs for our customers' needs. For the vintage look you've been trying to achieve, Pacific Blue uses Grinding as a technique of abrasion to help make garments look vintage and worn out. For large loads of laundry, Pacific Blue Inc. offers a laundry department that is active around the clock. We have machines that can wash up to 700 pounds of garments.

We at Pacific Blue Dye House were always been committed to environmental awareness. Sustainable practice was always part of our strategy and way of doing business. We take pride in being the only dye plant that uses solar energy. Most of the electricity for the plant comes from solar panels installed on the roof of the plant. As part of our green attitude we use innovative methods of dyeing with low impact dyes that are friendlier to environment. In addition, we have developed a 90% organic discharged paint made out of seaweed extract in order to be more eco friendly. As part of our sustainable work ethics, we are also very big on recycling and we make sure to use as few plastic bags and plastic products as possible in the plant.
