We are ISO9001 and AS9100 certified, and comply with the J-STD-001 process controls. We also have one in-house IPC trainer.

Manufacturing Processes

Our equipment is as follows: Two SMT machines; a brand new YAMAHA M20, capable of placing 20,000 components per hour, and one ZEVATECH, not as capable, but excellent for prototypes and/or engineering projects. We also have IPC-610 certified operators to perform the hand place components, and WAVE SOLDER equipment to install large volumes of THRU-HOLE components.

Our sister company, Precision CNC Machine, is in the same building. The do CNC operations and have the following equipment: mills, lathes, cutters, welder (for any type of material), band saws, Mitutoyo CMM equipment.
