Founded in 1964, Astro-Geo-Marine, Inc. (A.G.M.) is a contract & custom design manufacturer of electronic assemblies for aerospace (military + commercial) and industrial sectors. A.G.M. is AS9100, Rev C, compliant with J-STD-001 & IPC-A-610 (class 3) certified operators.

Products and Services

Products include power supplies, inverters, printed circuit board (PCB/PWB) assemblies, line power monitors, controllers, regulators, amplifiers, tone generators, filter assemblies (EMI/RFI), solenoids, relay assemblies, load banks, battery analyzer and conditioners, electro-mechanical, cable & harness assemblies. We also offer complete turnkey per J-STD-001 & IPC-A-610 (Class III) and/or Customer Specifications utilizing ESD safe work-stations. A.G.M. can offer repair services and can redesign and reverse engineer out-of-production electronic assemblies.

Manufacturing Processes

Manufacturing processes include: Soldering (thru-hole, surface-mount & mixed); lead forming & tinning; wiring, harnessing & cabling; mechanical assembly & swaging; potting & conformal coating; cleaning & marking. Functional testing utilizing: AGM Test Station; 60 Hz/400 Hz; single or three phase; dynamic & resistive load banks; AGM custom built or customer provided test fixtures. Plus insulation testing & temperature cycling. Electronic design engineering (New, redesign, update, reverse) and Mechanical design engineering (CAE/CAD).
