J-Mark Manufacturing, Inc. is an established and modern, state-of-the-art 22,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility located in North San Diego County. Since 1988 J-Mark has manufactured a wide variety of precision crafted, high quality components to meet the most demanding requirements.

Products and Services

Sheet Metal
We use high precision Murata Weidemann C3000 punch presses. This affords us the ability to work with sheets up to 50” x 100” using only one reposition. Our tooling inventory contains a large selection of clusters, lances, embosses, and extruders.  Special shapes are no problem. 

Welding
J-Mark Manufacturing, Inc. has several TIG and MIG welding stations. Our TIG stations features the Miller Syncrowave 250 DX. Miller’s cutting edge Syncrowave technology provides precise arcs and greater fine tuning for precision welds.

Machining
Our production capabilities include 3 and 4 axis machining with part capacity as large as 40X20X20 inches, CNC 3D surfacing, manual mill, CNC Lathe and manual lathe, as well as a complete quality assurance department with a CMM.

Mill Cutting 
Files are processed using the latest in CAD software. With an existing customer base that includes aerospace, medical and close tolerance electronics. 

Assembly
J-Mark specializes in delivering chassis, card cages, and panel assemblies which are ready for final assembly. Our services include buying and installing EMI Gaskets, card guides, panel ejectors, and any other special items which save you time and expense.

FabriWIN utilizes a built-in 2D CAD system with sheet metal specific logic and direct integration to best of class 3D Solid Modeling packages.
