Our contaminant-free cutting fluids and vapor-degreasing cleaning technology allow us to produce components for space and vacuum applications.

Our glass-scale feedback milling machines offer thermal compensation and positional accuracy that was previously impossible. Tighter tolerance parts with smoother contouring are now commonly machined for our customers.
Using Esprit CAD/CAM software, we are able to accomodate full IGES, STP, DXF, DWG, ATS, and ACIS file formats.
All of Omicron Engineering's inspection and test equipment is maintained and calibrated in full compliance with MIL-STD-45662.ADD TEXT.
