RDM Industries (formerly JCS Industries) has been in the converting business since 1984 and is a 3M approved converter. RDM converts all types of flexible films, foam, rubber, paper and other substrates, primarily Polyester (PET), Polypropylene (OPP) films, and Lidding Films. RDM has a highly skilled and efficient work force coupled with access to World Class Technology through its partners.
RDM Industries is ISO 9001:2008 compliant. The company has a quality manual in place, a corrective action system implemented, and controlled documents and records in process.
Products and Services
RDM offers specialty coated products in PET, BOPP, SKIN, SHRINK, and PE. The company is essentially a “One Stop Shop” for Flexible Packaging films.
Manufacturing Processes
RDM's manufacturing processes include, but are not limited to: PSA coating and lamination, slitting and rewinding (1/8”W to 84”W), sheeting (3/8” W to 80” W), and die-cutting (1/8” W to 16”W).
