Specialty Polymers & Services is a supplier of specialty adhesives, coatings, and encapsulants. We provide custom packaging in hundreds of different package sizes including squeeze tubes, dual syringes, cartridges, syringes, jars, cans, and bottles with sizes from 0.5ml up to 275 gallons. We can custom label and test products per customer or industry standards and supply to over 2000 OEM, military, and 3rd party specifications including IPC, SAE, and ASTM.

Products and Services

We distribute and custom package products from major adhesive manufacturers and produce over 300 of our own products. Our chemistries includes epoxy, urethane, silicone, methacrylate, cyanoacrylate, hot melt, solvent based, and water based adhesives. We supply products to the aerospace, electronics, marine, automotive, industrial, woodworking, and many other industries. Our products provide many unique features including adhesion to hard to bond plastics, heat and chemical resistance, low VOCs, low vacuum outgassing, and thermal or electrical conductivity.

Manufacturing Processes

We are an ISO 9001 certified blender and compounder of liquid and paste resin systems. We provide toll manufacture and contract packaging services for liquid and paste chemicals and also provide contract bonding, potting and encapsulation services with our onsite vacuum potting equipment.
