Our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant has been certified by two of our industry’s top certification programs, the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute and the National Precast Concrete Association as well as CalTrans, thereby ensuring industry standards of quality and durability.

In particular, PCI’s stringent quality-assurance program ensures that our plant adheres to industry quality and design standards.
