Q3-CNC, Inc. was founded in 1997 and became incorporated in 2001. We've been machining precision Aerospace parts for just over 20 years. We have a proud workforce of 13 long term employees. Our services include Aerospace Precision CNC Machining. We are a CNC Machine Shop with an AS9100-D certification. We specialize in Precision Machining and Assembly of Plastic and Specialty Metals for the Aerospace, Medical Device and High-Tech Industries. We understand the importance of the rapid development and manufacturing to keep our customers on the leading edge. We offer Quick turn-around and try to meet or exceed our customer‰ŰŞs expectations on deliveries.

Manufacturing Processes

Q3-CNC, Inc. uses Precision CNC Machining, Vertical Turning Centers & Horizontal Turning Centers to manufacture high precision Aircraft, Spacecraft and Medical parts to customer requirements out of a variety of different materials. We offer full manufacturing services of assemblies as well. To include precision machining, outsourcing finish processing services, and final assembly. We have the capabilities to measure and produce full quality documentation per customer flowed down requirements. We have two Browne & Sharp CMMs. One which is controlled by PC-Dmis software.
