Airtronics Metal Products

In business for over 60 years. We currently have 75 employees. We occupy an 88,000 square foot facility. We perform all types of soft tool sheet metal fabrication. Tubular welded frames our one of our specialties. We paint both wet and powder coat in-house. Airtronics also can provide machining from our in-house machine shop.

Products and Services

Airtronics is ISO 13489 and ISO 9001 registered. We are certified by Lockheed for our welding. Airtronics holds one patent for an integrated grounding solution.

Manufacturing Processes

NC and Laser capabilities (unmanned operation), Robotic and manual press brakes, MIG and TIG welding, wet and powder painting, silk screen in house. Five vertical milling machines (one 5 axis) and one NC lathe with live tooling.
