Established in 2000, Alloy Valves and Control manufactures ball valves and flow measurement devices for all types of fluid and steam control conditions in the piping and process market.  With economy valves, as well as our own engineered designs, we have solutions for most applications.  Consumable parts for the engineered valve series are interchangeable for easy maintenance and cost savings.

Products and Services

We are a WBE, WOSB and ISO 9001:2015 certified company.  We offer ball valves, gate valves, knife gate valves, globe valves, check valves, orifice plates, flow nozzles, meter runs and other engineered products.  Engineered products are available in most metal alloys including 316SS, 316L, Carbon Steel, LF2, Alloy 20, Hastelloy C, Duplex 2205, Super Duplex 2507, Monel, Brass Alloys, Titanium and others.  We also carry a line of economy valves for non-critical applications.  Automation and control packages are available for the valves.  Our products can be found in the following industries: aerospace, chemical, food & beverage, sanitary, semi-conductor, oil & gas, cryogenic, liquid natural gas, paper & pulp, steam, water, and many more.  We can cover temperature ranges from -320 through +650 degrees Fahrenheit and pressures up to 6000 psi.

Manufacturing Processes

We complete all design work on our engineered product line and perform final assembly and testing in our facility. The engineered products meet the requirements of the Buy America provision of the American Reconstruction and Reinvestment Act (ARRA Section 1605) of 2009.  We are a ISO 9001:2015 certificated company.  Our designs allow us the flexibility to interchange parts easily and meet the customer's specific needs without creating entirely new designs.  We control the designs so that the consumable items will work on all valve design revisions.  This ensures that repair kits will fit valves made 10 years ago, now and many years into the future.
