American Seal & Packing became a distributor and gasket cutter in 1994. Supplying o-rings, standard gaskets, lip seals, Grafoil seals, mechanical seals, and many other types of seals. Our strength is in our expertise. We can not only make recommendations for problem applications, we know how to give the customer the most for their money.

One area we have been very helpful in is cutting gaskets. With our new die-less gasket cutting machine, we can produce quality parts without having to wait a week for a die to be made. Just send us a .dxf (2000) drawing and we will cut the gasket you need, often shipping it out the same day.

Products and Services

Our product lines include custom-made flexible graphite seals and gaskets, PTFE and rubber V-Packing. Mechanical seals for pumps and valves. Braided packing and die-formed packing sets for pumps, valves, mixers, and agitators.

Our Services include gasket cutting and mechanical seal repair, die forming packing, and vulcanizing custom o-rings.

Manufacturing Processes

Our Knife Edge CNC and Laser CNC cut perfect gaskets without the need to wait for tooling. Laser cutting is perfect for PTFE and some plastics. The Knife-edge CNC cuts flexible graphite, Grafoil, Non-asbestos, Mica, Viton, Buna, EPDM, and other rubber materials.
