Our experience with Lean Manufacturing in powder coating system design has given us the ability to see where problems start and allow for lower rejection rates. Our proficiency in metallurgy and fabrication methods gives us a unique perspective allowing for a broad understanding of the client's needs and expectations. Our industry involvement has led us to a preferred status with many specialty manufacturers and finishing facilities that we can bring to your project.
If you require military specification powder coating or assistance with developing a MIL-SPEC for your project, we work well with military defense contractors and engineering teams on both primary or secondary tiers, and use certified QPL products. Military applications are starting to choose powder coating at the inception of projects, and some are changing legacy projects to powder coating. We have assisted many companies with this cross over to powder coatings from less durable liquid-based finishes.
We are also able to offer FDA-compliant coatings, anodizing, electroless nickel, chem-film, hard anodizing, zinc, cadmium and others.
