Brasstech, Inc.

Brasstech, Inc. was founded in 1987 to satisfy a need in the plumbing industry for solid-brass decorative plumbing trim parts. In 1989 the company established the Newport Brass brand and began manufacturing and marketing premium priced, high quality brass faucets and fixtures in more than 25 decorative finishes. Today the company is known as an innovative manufacturer of faucets, shower systems, and accessories for the decorative plumbing market.

Products and Services

Brasstech, Inc. is a vertically integrated manufacturer of high quality solid brass faucets and fixtures for the decorative plumbing industry. The vast majority of our products are IAPMO certified, UPC compliant, and meet WaterSense and CalGREEN requirements. We have been nominated for and received numerous industry awards including from ADEX, Industrial Design Magazine, and from the Decorative Hardware and Plumbing Association. Our company holds in excess of 200 design and utility patents.

Manufacturing Processes

Brasstech has three manufacturing facilities in Santa Ana, California totaling approximately 175, 000 square feet. Metal forming capabilities include mill and lathe machining and tube bending as well as punch press and brazing operations. Our 27 decorative finishes are manufactured in-house utilizing four different technologies: electroplating, lacquer coating, powder coating, and PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition). Finally, products are assembled, packaged, tested, and shipped from our state-of-the-art facility in Southern California.
