Cooltube Inc. is a refrigeration evaporator coil manufacturer that was established 1997. The Cooltube is a new design of evaporator coil that is a medium temperature, with multi directional airflow control. Cooltube coils are used by manufacturers as an O.E.M component and refrigeration contractors for retrofitting. With Cooltube coils airflow control, Cooltube can aim the coldest air where needed. Cooltube evaporator coils are very advanced on so many levels.

Products and Services

The Cooltube refrigeration evaporator coil was invented by a refrigeration technician for refrigeration technicians. Cooltube coils do not have any fins. The PVC plastic adjustable airflow controls the airflow against the coil longer for heat transfer. The thermo expansion valve is mounted outside of the coil housing. Cooltube has two mounting brackets and electrical connection that is easy to install. And, the Cooltube is easy to clean and maintain.

Manufacturing Processes

The Cooltube refrigeration evaporator coil is made of the best materials and designed for maximum performance and durability. Cooltube coils do not have any welded joints, it is made out of one continuous piece of 3/8 .028 copper. The coil is incased in a PVC plastic with adjustable airflow control housing and a PVC plastic drain pan that hangs below the housing, out of the airflow, to eliminate electrolysis.
