Hydrostasis manufactures the Geca^TM Watch, a real-time hydration monitor for older adults. Incorporated in 2018, we are a team of curious engineers and data scientists that care deeply about the health of our aging parents. We believe hydration is a vital sign and our aim is to improve the health and longevity of all older adults.

Products and Services

The Geca^TM watch has 3 issued U.S. patents and is the first hydration monitor made for older adults. The Geca^TM technology was designed to work on all skin tones and for people with higher BMIs, increasing health equity in the wearable sector. Hydrostasis has won numerous pitch awards including the 2022, 2023 SOSV Human Health 100 List. In addition, the company was the 2022 Connected Health and Fitness Winner. Hydrostasis has been funded by the NIH, US Airforce, UC San Diego, and XPrize.
