Based on the values of simple recipes and distinctive flavors, JackieŰŞs Jams was started by Jackie in the early 2000s as a single stand at the Ocean Beach farmerŰŞs market. In 2010, David and Risa Baron became inspired to take the reins of the Jackie's Jams steering it in the direction that Jackie intended. The Barons have grown the business selling jams and jellies wholesale to restaurants, hotels and restaurants. In addition, they have expanded the retail to Whole Foods Market in Southern California and Sprouts Market throughout California. We continue to sell at select farmers markets in San Diego and plans are underway to expand the e-commerce business.
Jackie's Jams employs four employees and manufactures all of the jam by hand. It is not an easy process and has the goals to expand the operation in the next few years. Jackie's Jam is our passion and are grateful for the opportunity to continue the legacy of crafting all natural jams and jellies.
JackieŰŞs Jams crafts jams and jellies the old-fashioned way, by hand and using only natural ingredients. Our jam is created with locally grown fruits whenever possible from farmers throughout Southern California. We take time preparing our small handmade batches of jams, jellies, and marmalade, by slow cooking each batch to fully extract the exceptional flavors and gem-like hues real fruit has to offer. YouŰŞll never find any artificial flavors or high fructose corn syrup in Jackie's Jams.
JackieŰŞs Jams is crafted by hand in a commercial kitchen on a daily basis. We only use all natural ingredients and locally grown fruits whenever possible from farmers throughout Southern California.
