Having the in-house capabilities to perform multiple processes such as hydro forming, hot/cold forming, check straightening, benching, deburring, routing, drilling and machining makes it efficient, cost-effective and speeds the supply-chain for our customers. J.C.R. is a one-stop solution. Our clients have enjoyed the convenience of having one processing house work their product so much that the majority of the jobs we receive require multiple processes. The company also offers tooling solutions and is able to design and manufacture tooling for manufacturing operations. We use industry standard CATIA software for designing and our manufacturing operations are supported by MasterCAM.
