Siga Plastics is a custom manufacturer of injection molded plastics parts. Materials handled include: ABS, Polypropylene, high impact polystyrene (Hips), Acrylic, polycarbonate, lexan, Nylon, Nylon glass fiber, HTPE / LDPE , ASA, Acetal, PPS Ryton, PVC.
We also offer the production of precision high quality molds, dies and tooling. We have over 25 years of experience providing prototype and production plastic injection molds to businesses in southern California. No part is too complex, whether from a finished mold design or a part drawing.

Injection molding can be: short run to long run, production just in time, tool room, mold maintenance, parts assembly, packaging, drilling, parts delivery. We have 6 Molding Press Machines with capabilities from 50 to 150 tons.
Injection molding equipment: mold chiller, water tower, plastic dryer, air compressor, plastic grinder, vertical CNC milling machine, lathe, drill, band saw, surface grinder.
