Ocean Aero

Ocean Aero is solving the ocean observation challenges for the military, scientific, security, and oil and gas communities throughout the world. We have designed a "game changing" highly ruggedized surface & sub-surface vessel: the ‰ŰĎSubmaran‰Ű, powered by wind and solar, capable of several months at sea that can be deployed from land, sea or air. The ‰ŰĎSubmaran‰Ű will be delivered both as a system for purchase and as a part of a contracted System as a Service (SaaS) fleet of data gathering vessels that customers need not purchase or manage. Ocean Aero epitomizes the next generation in unmanned ocean systems with the development of an autonomous, highly persistent, energy scavenging, wind/electric-unmanned vessels packaged in a small, man-portable configuration. The ‰ŰĎSubmaran‰Ű, a new class of Unmanned Underwater, Surface Vessel (UUSV), takes the best of both of surface and subsurface vessels and combines them into a completely new, transformable, self-propelling body, capable of missions in extreme conditions.
