We specialize in producing precision-machined parts ranging from 0.125" to 0.875" in diameter and up to 4.5" in length. Our product offering includes turned parts and fasteners such as screws, bolts, nuts, washers, rivets, standoffs, spacers, and other screw machine-style components. We manufacture a variety of inserts, including threaded, knurled, tapered, blind, thru-hole, and self-tapping designs. Additionally, we produce specialty components like bushings, flanges, couplings, fittings, shafts, pins, cones, housings, end caps, valves, and solenoid seats to meet customer-specific requirements.
Manufacturing Processes
Our manufacturing capabilities include slotting, broaching, milling, cross drilling, thread rolling, cross tapping, knurling, shaving, and forming. We support a full range of threading types, including fine, coarse, Special-J, ACME, and NPT pipe threads, with tight tolerance control to ensure consistency and precision in every production run.
Beyond machining, we offer value-added services through a network of qualified vendors, including plating, tumbling, deburring, and heat treating.
